General Requirements

• U.S. citizen, or planning to become one

• Full-time NMSU or UTEP student
  – Note: Minimum of 12 credit hours

• Good moral character

• Graduate before age 30
  -Note: Waivers up to age 35 can considered for high quality candidates

• Mandatory AFROTC participation for 3 years or 6 semesters minimum
