Cadets have just completed their first week back to school following the holiday break. This week consisted not only of new classes but the first Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) of the semester. We hope everyone has gotten back into their routine and is well prepared for a semester of hard work and success.
During this first LLAB, cadets were all assigned to their official flights for this semester. This will be the group of people that must work together and help one another improve. There are also some new cadets that will look to those who have been here since the first semester for leadership and advice. This semester is about pushing ourselves to exceed all expectations.
Phoenix flight, cadets in the second year of AFROTC training, are in their last semester of preparation for field training. Now is the time to strive for excellence!
Strive for excellence not only in ROTC, but in anything and everything. Let us continue to improve our fitness, enrich our knowledge, and enhance our leadership capabilities. We are all here to one day serve the nation as leaders in the U.S. Air Force. The work that we are willing to put forth now will determine our future success as POC and as officers of the U.S. Air Force. Congratulations to all for making it to our next semester of AFROTC and let us continue to work hard and succeed!
“The power of excellence is overwhelming. It is always in demand, and nobody cares about its color.”
